    Import Windows Firewall rules

    Hi all,

I am very green in using 5Nine and I hope someone can help me to give me some idea to solve the problem.

I have an environment with SCVMM and around 100 VMs are running. Recently, we are going to deploy 5Nine Cloud security. I am very headache to import all Windows Firewall rules of VM and hosts to 5Nine. Its too painful to create all rules again and I hope anyone can give me a smarter way to migrate these firewall rules from Windows to 5Nine

    Many thanks

    Hi hugowong,

5nine Cloud Security allows you to create rules for multiple VMs at a time by adding groups on a Global level.
You would still need to re-create the ones from Windows Firewall, but there is no need to do this for each VM individually, thus it is a pretty fast process.

Rules that should apply to all virtual machines can be created on All VMs level.

    Thanks,
    Alexander
