    Virtual Machines Empty

    Hi everyone,

I have implemented Cloud Security 5.1 with Windows Azure Pack. I can see information from the Admin Portal (tenants, VM etc.). However when I go to the tenant portal I can't add Virtual Machines because when I click on "Cloud Security -> Add VMs", the VM menu is empty.

If I link the VM to the tenant from the the Cloud Security console, the VM is also well added in 5-Nine Cloud Security in Windows Azure Pack. So in this case I can remove the VM from Windows Azure Pack. But I can never add VM to Cloud Security from Windows Azure Pack because the list is empty.

There is a known issue ?

    Thank you everyone.

    Romain.

    Hello Romain,

At this point, for those VMs, that were created before installing 5nine Cloud Security WAP Extension, you need to manually add them to 5nine Cloud Security protection via standalone console.
VMs, that were added after 5nine Cloud Security WAP Extension got installed, should be visible within "Cloud Security -> Add VMs" menu automatically.
