    Uninstall Old Ver. 3.4 from Hypver-v Core

    We've installed v. 5.1 in a separate folder; v. 3.4 now shows has an expired license. As this is a Hyper-V Core Server how can we ininstall v. 3.4? We could delete the folder, but we're concerned there's other install pieces in the Registry, etc.
    Thanks, Rod

    Hello Rod,

    For command line try to use: MsiExec.exe /I{DEB6DC4E-E20A-415B-B330-2DFA90D0AE8E}
    This unistall string can be found in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Uninstall
    You can use regedit.exe to find it.

    Thanks, that worked to uninstall the v. 3.4. On startup, there is still a v.3.4 License warning saying the license has expired; v 5.1 is working fine. How can the warning be removed?
    Thanks again, Rod

    Rod,

    You mean, after you removed version 3.4, there is still a message on your system start up, saying that your license is expired?
    Auto start items are located in: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Run

    5nine Manager licenses are located in: C:\ProgramData\5nine\5nine Manager for Hyper-V\Licenses
