Free vsrsion can seem to get mstscax.dll

I have installed the free version of 5Nine manager on Server 2012 R2 core.

I came up against the mstscax.dll not installed and followed the instructions below.

My problem is mstscax.dll is not contained in KB969084 I expanded the whole cab / msu and did a search for mstscax.dll and nothing. what I am doing wrong ?

Is this tech note out of date and does it still relate to Server 2012 R2 core?

    1. Download KB969084 (the Remote Desktop Connection 7.0 client update for Windows Vista
    for x64-based Systems) from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?
    FamilyId=11e7a081-22a8-4da7-a6c5-cdc1ac51a1a4&displaylang=en

    2. Run the following commands (from a directory where you saved the downloaded file):

    expand Windows6.0-KB969084-x64.msu -f:Windows6.0-KB969084-x64.cab .
    expand Windows6.0-KB969084-x64.cab -f:mstscax.dll .

Use the proper name of the downloaded file in case it is different from the default
‘Windows6.0-KB969084-x64.msu’. Also please make sure that you use the last ‘.’ to
designate the current working directory as a destination for the extracted files. There
will be 2 new directories created after the execution of these commands with 32- and
64- bit versions of the Remote Desktop ActiveX control libraries respectively. You will
need to use 64-bit mstscax.dll from a directory which name starts with ‘amd64_’, for
    example, amd64_microsoft-windows-t..s-
    clientactivexcore_31bf3856ad364e35_7.0.6001.18332_ none_7d5eb6080902ce78

    Hello moored99,

These dll's are not necessary for 5nine Manager for Hyper-V to work anymore.
Please download and install the most recent version from http://www.5nine.com/managerfree.
