Failed to provision a new virtual machine

Hi I wondered if you could advise I have attempted to convert a virtual machine running on ESX 3.5 Update 5 onto Hyper-V (non production test environment). Whilst it all appeared to be going well in downloading the VMDK files and placing them in their final location the conversion failed towards the end of the 'converting' phase with the message failed to provision a new virtual machine.

    Can anyone advise why?

I have included an extract from the ConverterTrace log file:

Does your host have enough resources for default configuration of target VM?

I believe you have to run the 5nine application as administrator. I am trying that now and will provide my results when it's completed.

ok, That worked, it successfully converted the ESXi 4.1 Windows Server 2008 VM to a Hyper-V VM.
So, here is what I did.
ESXi 4.1 running on server 1
Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 running on Server 2 with Hyper-V installed. No VM's in the Hyper-V box yet.
    Installed 5nine V2V Converter on Server 2
holding down the left shift key, right click the 5nine icon and select run as administrator.
Go through all the standard prompts with the locations for your network and how you want it setup.
Let it run through all the motions and bam. It worked, VM was converted from ESXi 4.1 to Hyper-V and booted up successfully.
